Sabre Works, a real estate firm, said that access to affordable housing will trigger national development across Nigeria.
According to the company, once citizens have a decent roof over their heads, they’ll be able to channel their energies to other productive ventures that will boost national development.
The management of Sabre Works made the call recently during a land allocation ceremony to some of its customers.
In a statement by Managing Director, Mr Olusegun Phillips, over 80 clients secured their dream property at the Maldives Garden Iloti-Epe, a choice development area along the Lagos-Ijebu Ode Expressway.
The statement further disclosed that another set of clients will receive land allocation on July 27th 2023.
It reads, “Housing is a major problem in Nigeria today and that is why as a major player in the real estate sector we are calling on government at all levels to give priority to this issue.
“If people have access to affordable housing, they will focus on other things which will in turn boost the country’s development.
“As an organisation, Sabre Works has been at the forefront of the real estate business, driven by our core values of hard work, integrity, productivity and God factor.
“Our mission is to empower individuals with the right resources and support their need to become property owners.
“All our property come with necessary title documents and are free from government encumbrances and ‘omo onile’ issues, guaranteeing a secured investment and peace of mind.
“So in essence, we as a real estate company are on the ground to help government create more affordable housing for Nigerians.”
